Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026
Last Updated: July 18, 2026

At tripleNERDscore (“tripleNERDscore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy matters. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you interact with any of our products and services, including:

  • Our websites and marketing pages (including this site)
  • Our open source software and developer tools
  • Our web and mobile applications
  • Our mobile games, including titles that may appeal to children
  • Our email and SMS communications

This policy applies across all of these products (collectively, our “Services”). Where a specific product needs additional terms, those are noted in the relevant section below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve our Services. The categories depend on how you interact with us.

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number, business details, and the contents of messages you send us
  • Account details, if you create an account or contact us for support
  • Payment-related information for purchases (processed by our payment providers — see Section 6)

Information collected automatically:

  • Technical and device data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, language, and app version
  • Usage data such as pages or screens viewed, features used, session length, and gameplay events
  • Diagnostic and crash data used to keep our apps and games stable
  • Cookies and similar technologies on our websites (see Section 9)
  • Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) where permitted — not collected from users we treat as children (see Section 7)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Communicate about active or requested services, updates, and confirmations
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Services
  • Deliver, personalize (for general-audience products only), and measure content and advertising
  • Process transactions and in-app purchases
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Open Source Software

Our open source projects — including code, libraries, and tools we publish on platforms such as GitHub — are generally provided “as is” and do not collect personal information on their own when you download, install, or run them locally.

  • We do not embed analytics, tracking, or telemetry in our open source releases unless it is clearly documented in that project’s README, and where required, is opt-in.
  • When you interact with us through a code-hosting platform (for example, by opening an issue or pull request), your activity is governed by that platform’s privacy policy, not ours.
  • If you contact us directly about a project, we handle that communication as described in this policy.

4. Web and Mobile Applications

Our apps may collect the technical, usage, and diagnostic data described in Section 1 to operate and improve the app. Depending on the app, this may include:

  • Account and profile information you choose to provide
  • Device permissions you grant (such as notifications or storage), which you can manage in your device settings
  • Support communications and feedback you send us

We request only the permissions an app needs for its features, and we explain sensitive permissions at the point we ask for them.

5. Mobile Games

Our mobile games may collect gameplay events, device and diagnostic data, and, for general-audience titles, advertising identifiers. We use this information to run the game, save progress, fix bugs, balance gameplay, and (for general-audience titles) serve and measure advertising.

Advertising in our games. Some games are supported by advertising delivered through third-party ad networks (for example, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or ironSource). These networks may collect device identifiers and usage signals to serve ads.

  • For general-audience titles, ads may be personalized based on advertising identifiers, subject to the consent and tracking-permission prompts required on your platform (such as Apple’s App Tracking Transparency).
  • For child-directed titles and any user we treat as a child, we configure our ad partners to serve non-personalized, contextual ads only and to operate in their child-directed / restricted data-processing modes. We do not knowingly permit behavioral advertising to children. See Section 7.

6. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some apps and games offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems, and by our payment processors for web purchases.

  • We do not receive or store your full payment card details; those are handled by the app store or payment processor under their own privacy policies.
  • We may receive limited transaction data (such as a purchase confirmation, product, and receipt) needed to deliver what you bought and to provide support.
  • Purchases by children should be made with parental consent; you can enable purchase controls in your device or app-store settings.

7. Children’s Privacy

Some of our games are directed to or may appeal to children. We take children’s privacy seriously and design these experiences to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation provisions for children (GDPR-K), and applicable app-store families policies.

For child-directed titles, or any user we identify or treat as a child:

  • We collect the minimum data needed to run the game and keep it stable.
  • We do not knowingly collect persistent identifiers for behavioral advertising, and we require our ad and analytics partners to operate in child-directed / restricted modes that serve only non-personalized, contextual ads.
  • We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or similar personal information from children.
  • We do not knowingly enable social features, chat, or the sharing of personal information in child-directed titles.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described here. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it. Parents and guardians may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child’s information by contacting us.

8. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Across our websites, apps, and games we use analytics and crash-reporting tools (which may include services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Unity Analytics, or Sentry) to understand how our Services are used and to diagnose problems.

  • These tools may collect device, usage, and diagnostic data as described in Section 1.
  • In child-directed titles, analytics are limited to what is necessary for internal operations and are configured to avoid persistent advertising identifiers.
  • We use this data in aggregate to improve performance, reliability, and design — not to build advertising profiles of children.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (on general-audience pages) marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We honor recognized browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable.

10. SMS Communication

We use text messaging to provide customer support, confirm appointments, and deliver service-related updates. Message frequency is limited to necessary service-related communications only (typically a few times per month). Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP
  • For assistance, reply HELP

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances, even with your consent.

11. Data Sharing and Transfers

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share limited data only with the service providers that help us operate our Services, and only as needed to provide what you requested. These may include:

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers
  • App-store and payment processors (Apple, Google, and payment gateways)
  • Advertising networks (general-audience titles only, and in restricted mode for child-directed titles)
  • Analytics and crash-reporting providers

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. Providers are permitted to use your data only to perform services for us.

12. Data Security and Retention

We follow industry best practices for data security, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and restricted access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to provide our Services, and to meet legal and compliance obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising)
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

These rights are provided under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), among others. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

14. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

15. Policy Updates
